Your brand on the product

The WordPress plugin and its admin pages carry your agency’s name, and your install bundles are built branded for you. Your client sees your company, not ours.

Self-serve, instantly

Create a new client site yourself from your console and get its key on the spot — no waiting on us, no ticket. Your seat limit is the only gate, and we raise it when you need more.

Wholesale from £99/month per site

You set your own retail — most partners charge £249–£399 a month. Setup fees are yours entirely. We invoice you monthly for the seats you actually have live; a revoked site frees its seat immediately.

Your clients, protected

Your console only ever sees your own sites, and any billing question between us never switches a client off — their assistants keep serving while we sort it out. Stopping a site is always your explicit action, not a side effect.

We run the platform

Hosting, models, uptime and the knowledge pipeline are our job, served from Cloudflare’s edge. You do the client relationship and the install; the plugin does the rest.

Honest white-label

One thing we don’t hide: the service runs on site-assistant.interwebs.ai, and a technical client can see that domain in a browser’s network tab. Your brand is on everything the client actually touches — we’d rather you know exactly where the line is before you promise it.

From signup to a live client site

  1. We set you up. You get your agency console token, your seat allowance, and install bundles built under your brand.
  2. You create the client’s site. One form in your console mints the site and shows its key once — you’re never waiting on us.
  3. You install and train it. Your branded plugin (or one-line script) goes on the client’s site; the assistant indexes their pages and answers only from them.
  4. You bill your client, we invoice you. Your retail is your business. We invoice monthly for live seats, wholesale from £99 per site.

What does my client actually see?
Your agency name on the plugin, its admin pages and the install bundle. The assistant itself carries the client’s branding — their colours, avatar and welcome message. The one place our name appears is the service domain, visible only in a browser’s network tab.
How many sites can I run?
Your seat allowance starts at 25 and is raised on request. A suspended site still counts (it’s still serving); a revoked one frees its seat the moment you revoke it.
What happens if we fall out over an invoice?
Your console access pauses, but your clients’ assistants keep serving. We don’t hold end-clients hostage to a billing conversation — switching a client site off is always an explicit action, never a side effect.
Who supports the end client?
You do — that’s the point of white-label. We support you: platform issues, knowledge pipeline, uptime. Your clients never need to know we exist.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No minimum seat count. You pay wholesale only for the sites you have live each month.
