Refund Policy

interwebs.ai runs on a prepaid wallet: you top up, and each request is charged against your balance at the provider’s raw cost plus 5%. That makes refunds simple:

1. Unused balance — refundable, any time

Any unspent wallet balance is refundable on request, whenever you ask, to the original payment method, with no fee. Email support@interwebs.ai from your account email. We aim to process refunds within 5 business days; your bank may take a few days more to show it.

2. Your 14-day cooling-off right

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel a top-up within 14 days. Because wallet credit can be spent immediately, by using the Service inside that window you consent to immediate supply, and the cooling-off refund covers the unused portion of your top-up. In practice our standing policy above is broader: the unused portion is refundable at any time, not just within 14 days.

3. Spent balance — consumed compute

Once a request has been delivered, the underlying provider has charged us for the compute, so completed usage is non-refundable. Every charge is visible in your dashboard with its provider, model and amount.

4. Failed jobs and billing errors

  • Failed requests are not charged. Any amount reserved for an order that fails is released back to your balance automatically.
  • If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days. Every charge is recorded in an append-only ledger, so we can reconstruct exactly what happened — genuine errors are refunded in full.

5. Before raising a card dispute
